Advertising Terms & Conditions

These Advertising Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and display of advertising on the SurferX Learn Hub ("Platform"), operated by CoinbitX, LLC ("SurferX", "we"). By submitting a campaign you ("Advertiser") agree to these Terms, the Content Policy, the Payment Terms, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorized to bind the advertised business and provide accurate advertiser information. We may verify identity and reject or remove campaigns at our discretion.

2. Review & approval

Every campaign is subject to automated validation and human review. Ads do not go live without (a) admin approval or (b) trusted-advertiser auto-approval status, and confirmed payment. Approval typically completes within 24–48 hours. We may approve, reject, or request changes for any reason, including brand-safety and legal considerations.

3. Creative & placement

Creatives must meet the published Creative Specifications. Placement, rotation, and impression volume are not guaranteed and may vary. We may relocate, resize context, or pause any campaign to protect Platform integrity.

4. Advertiser responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your creative, destination URLs, claims, and compliance with all applicable laws (including advertising, consumer-protection, securities, and financial-promotion rules). You represent that your ad is truthful, non-deceptive, and that you hold all necessary rights.

5. Prohibited content

Ads must not fall under any prohibited category listed in the Content Policy. We may immediately pause or remove violating ads without refund.

6. Payment

Fees are due before a campaign is scheduled. We accept XRP, SRFX, XRP+SRFX (eligible 30-day placements), and USD via Stripe, as described in the Payment Terms.

7. Suspension & termination

We may pause, suspend, or terminate any campaign that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or damages the reputation of SurferX / CoinbitX, LLC. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurferX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected campaign. Nothing on the Platform is financial advice.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@surferx.io.
