Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before a campaign goes live

• Not yet paid: cancel any time at no charge.
• Rejected in review: if we reject a compliant submission before it runs, any payment collected is fully refunded.
• Paid but not yet started: cancel before the scheduled start for a refund, less any processing/network fees.

After a campaign goes live

• Live campaigns are generally non-refundable for time already served.
• If SurferX pauses a running campaign due to a Platform issue (not a policy violation), we credit or pro-rate the unused period.

Policy violations

Campaigns removed for violating the Content Policy or Terms are not eligible for a refund.

Crypto & Stripe specifics

• XRP / SRFX / XRP+SRFX: refunds are issued in the same asset to the originating wallet where possible; network fees are non-refundable and market volatility is not compensated.
• USD via Stripe: refunds are returned to the original payment method; card processing fees may be deducted.
