How long until my ad goes live?

Typically 24–48 hours. Auto-validation runs instantly; our team then approves, and your campaign schedules after payment is confirmed.

How does approval work?

Every campaign is checked automatically for specs and safety, then reviewed by an admin. Nothing goes live without approval (or trusted-advertiser status) and confirmed payment.

What can I pay with?

XRP, SRFX, XRP+SRFX (eligible 30-day placements), or USD via Stripe. See Payment Terms.

What sizes and formats do you accept?

728×90, 300×250 (and 320×50 mobile when enabled), in PNG/JPG/JPEG/WEBP/GIF up to 2MB. See Creative Specs.

Why was my ad rejected or flagged?

Most rejections come from the Content Policy (e.g. guaranteed-profit claims, fake airdrops, non-HTTPS destinations, or scam keywords). Fix the flagged items and resubmit.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, per the Refund & Cancellation Policy — full refunds before a campaign runs (except policy violations), pro-rated in specific cases.

How do I track my campaign?

Use your campaign ID on the status page to see review, payment, live status, and impression/click counts.

What is a "trusted advertiser"?

Advertisers with a strong track record may be marked trusted by an admin, which auto-approves future submissions that pass validation (payment is still required before going live).
