Advertising Content Policy

To protect our community and the reputation of SurferX / CoinbitX, LLC, all ads are reviewed against this policy. Automated checks run first; our team makes the final decision. We may reject, pause, or remove any ad that violates this policy — with no refund for violations.

Prohibited categories

• Scams, phishing, and wallet drainers
• Guaranteed-profit or "risk-free" claims
• Fake airdrops or fake giveaways
• Impersonation of people, projects, or brands
• Malware, cracked software, or malicious downloads
• Adult / explicit content
• Hate, harassment, or violent content
• Illegal products or services
• Gambling — unless explicitly and legally approved in advance
• Misleading financial claims
• Fake partnerships or endorsements
• Unsafe or deceptive token claims
• Anything that damages the reputation of SurferX / CoinbitX, LLC

Creative standards

• Truthful, non-deceptive messaging; no bait-and-switch.
• Destination URLs must use HTTPS and must not use redirect/cloaking to hide the final destination.
• No auto-download, pop-ups, or code injection.
• Clear disclosure where required by law; crypto is risky and not financial advice.

Enforcement

We use keyword screening, destination checks, and manual review. Admin may apply a manual override only where appropriate. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent advertiser bans.
