Payment Terms

Accepted methods

• XRP — native XRP Ledger payment.
• SRFX — SurferX token on the XRPL.
• XRP + SRFX — split payment on eligible 30-day placements (e.g. 30-day Leaderboard = 750 XRP or 500 XRP + 100,000 SRFX).
• USD via Stripe — card payment; USD is computed from the live XRP→USD rate at checkout.

When payment is due

Payment is required after approval and before a campaign is scheduled. Campaigns move to pending payment after approval and become scheduled only once payment is confirmed.

Crypto payments

Send the exact amount to the address shown at checkout and include the reference memo. Confirmation is validated on-chain / by our team. Network fees are the Advertiser's responsibility. Exchange-rate movement between quote and payment is not compensated.

Card payments (Stripe)

Card payments are processed by Stripe; SurferX does not store card details. A receipt/invoice is available after payment.

Taxes & invoices

Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Invoices are available on request at info@surferx.io.

Discounts

First-time (25%) and multi-month (10%/20%/30%) discounts apply automatically where eligible. Discounts are not stackable beyond the best-qualifying rate.

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
