Read-Only Connection

When you connect your XRPL wallet to SurferX Learn Hub, the connection is read-only only. This means:

• SurferX can see your wallet address and token/NFT holdings
• SurferX cannot access your private keys or seed phrase
• SurferX cannot initiate transactions without your explicit approval in your wallet app
• Every transaction requires your manual signature in your wallet application

Your Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for protecting your wallet credentials and private keys. You acknowledge that:

• You will never share your seed phrase with anyone, including SurferX support staff
• You will use only official SurferX links for wallet connections
• You will verify wallet addresses and transaction details before signing any transaction
• You will protect your device and wallet app from unauthorized access
• SurferX is not responsible for unauthorized access to your wallet or loss of funds

Supported Wallets

SurferX Learn Hub supports connection with: Xaman (XUMM), GEM Wallet, Crossmark, Ledger Hardware Wallets, SOLO Wallet, and First Ledger. Connection requirements and security features vary by wallet provider.

5. NFT Verification & Holder Tiers

How Verification Works

SurferX Learn Hub verifies your NFT holdings by querying the XRP Ledger directly. The verification process:

• Checks your wallet address against the XRPL public blockchain
• Counts all SurferX NFTs in your wallet (all collections: Syndicate, Holowave, Comics, OD, Randoms)
• Assigns your holder tier based on NFT count
• Does not require any transaction or fee

Holder Tiers & Multipliers

Tiers are assigned as follows:

• 🌊 Surfvivor: 1–4 NFTs (1× SRFX multiplier)
• ⚡ Wave Rider: 5–9 NFTs (1.5× SRFX multiplier)
• 🔥 Barrel Chaser: 10–19 NFTs (2× SRFX multiplier)
• 👑 Syndicate Elite: 20+ NFTs (3× SRFX multiplier)

Tier Verification Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• Tier verification relies on XRPL blockchain data and is accurate as of the moment of verification
• Tiers update after you acquire or transfer NFTs and re-verify
• SurferX is not responsible for delays in blockchain confirmation
• Tier status may be revoked or changed at SurferX's discretion for terms violations

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website
• Conduct your own research before making any investment decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet connection
• Not hold SurferX responsible for market losses, failed transactions, or cryptocurrency volatility
• Verify all information on third-party sites before engaging with them

Age & Capacity

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
